Applications / proposals are invited from the following categories of practicing advocates for setting up branches or representative offices in all major cities of India:

1. Junior Advocates:
They should have minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in various local courts in criminal or civil matters. They should have hands-on experience and well aware of court procedures. They should be able to file various types of applications, petitions, criminal/civil suits, etc. and represent the matter before court.

2. Senior Advocates:
They should have minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in various local courts in criminal or civil matters. They should be able to represent the matters independently.

The applicants for both the categories should be dynamic and energetic. They should have sound knowledge of law and procedures and should be fluent in spoken/written English. They are expected to be well-connected by mobile phones, land-line at residence and internet. There is no age-bar. The positions exist at all major cities in India. The selected advocates will work under the brand-name of Palival & Co in respect of all matters referred to them by the Firm. They are, however, free to pursue their own practice. The remuneration will be decided mutually on the basis of nature of work/matter to be handled (send quotation).

Our company is a Delhi based leading law Firm worked / existed in many cities of India specialized in immigration, Tribunals, criminal as well as civil matters, We require ambitious advocates for long last relationship Junior Advocates (Experience 2 to 5 years) and Senior Advocates (Experience above 5 years) to handle cases in criminal and civil areas in various courts like Session Courts, Civil Courts, Metropolitan Courts, Family Courts, Consumer Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal, CAT, High Court, Supreme Court etc.

We require Junior Advocates (Experience 2 to 5 years) and Senior Advocates (Experience above 5 years) to handle cases in criminal and civil areas in various courts like Sessions Court, Civil Courts, High Court, Metropolitan Courts, Family Courts, Consumer Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal,CAT, etc.

The selected advocates should have sound knowledge of law and procedures at Court where they are normally practicing. They will represent under the brand name of Palival & Co in respect of all matters referred to them by the Firm. They are, however, will be free to pursue their own practice.
